About the game

Voronation is a strategy game based on voronoi diagrams. As the player you control leaders, which form land around them following the rules of a voronoi cell.

The game was made in 14 days during the https://itch.io/jam/acerola-jam-0.

I interpreted the theme "aberration" as the divergence between an expectation and the real result. Despite the clear rules how a voronoi cell is formed, it is hard to say, how a small movement of the center point changes the whole cell.

I'm sorry it is a little bit buggy, 14 days are a way to short, but I hope the idea of the game can be conveyed.

How to play

Control by right and left mouse click with ESC to show menu and it is best played in full screen.

You start with one leader in the peach colored area. Every round you have with each leader one action, selected by a wheel menu on right click

• move your leader (arrow symbol)
• increase the power of your leader with forces the borders to be closer to your opponents (lightning icon)
• increase the income of your leader to get more money from a leaders area. (diamond icon)
  
• split your leader to create another one (two person icon)
